Services & Project Planning
Yes. We provide both OEM and ODM services for notebooks and custom paper products. You can send us a finished design or simply share your product idea. Our team can assist with size, materials, cover artwork, inner pages, binding, finishing, accessories, and packaging.
We manufacture spiral notebooks, hardcover notebooks, PU notebooks, adhesive-bound notebooks, stitched notebooks, sticky notes, and other paper products. Sizes from A4 to A7 and custom dimensions are available. You can customize the logo, artwork, colors, inner pages, binding, materials, finishes, accessories, and packaging.
Yes. You can send us a logo, brand guidelines, reference images, sketches, or a description of your idea. Our team can help translate your concept into a production-ready notebook specification.
Please share the product type, size, page count, paper specifications, cover material, binding method, printing requirements, order quantity, packaging method, and delivery destination. Reference photos, artwork, or an existing sample will help us prepare a more accurate quotation.

MOQ & Order Requirements
Our standard MOQ starts from 1,000 pieces. The exact quantity may vary depending on the product type, materials, printing process, and customization requirements. Contact us with your specifications for a project-specific quotation.
Multiple cover designs or SKUs may be possible within one order. Feasibility and the minimum quantity per design depend on whether the designs share the same size, materials, inner pages, binding, and packaging.
Product Customization
Yes. Inner pages can be customized with ruled, dotted, grid, blank, planner, journal, educational, or fully bespoke layouts. You can also add logos, page numbers, illustrations, multilingual content, and brand information.
Available options include printed paper, coated paper, kraft paper, PU leather, fabric, PVC, PP, and other specialty materials. We can recommend a suitable cover based on your target price, appearance, durability, and intended market.
We support spiral, twin-wire, hardcover case binding, perfect binding, saddle stitching, sewn binding, and other structures. The best option depends on the page count, opening style, durability requirements, and budget.
Common options include offset printing, screen printing, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, UV coating, lamination, spot UV, and die cutting. Several finishes can be combined to create a distinctive branded product.
Yes. We can work with Pantone references or approved color samples. Because colors may appear differently across paper, PU, fabric, and other materials, final colors should be confirmed through a physical sample whenever precise matching is required.
Yes. Depending on the notebook structure, accessories may include elastic closures, ribbon bookmarks, pen loops, pockets, dividers, stickers, charms, belly bands, magnetic closures, and custom inserts.
Artwork, Sampling & Production
Editable AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF files are preferred. Please convert fonts to outlines and include bleed where required. If you are unsure whether your artwork is production-ready, our team can check the files before sampling.
Yes. A sample can be produced for you to check the size, materials, printing, colors, binding, finishing, and packaging before mass production. Sample cost and delivery charges depend on the design and destination.
For customized projects, production normally follows the approved sample and confirmed specifications. Any requested changes should be finalized before mass production begins, as later changes may affect the cost and delivery schedule.

Samples are typically completed within 5–7 days, while mass production usually takes 20–30 days after sample approval and payment. Actual lead times depend on order quantity, materials, production complexity, and the final packaging requirements.
Quality, Inspection & Sustainability
Our quality-control process covers incoming-material inspection, in-process checks, finished-product sampling, and packaging inspection before shipment. Production follows the approved sample and confirmed specifications. FSC and BSCI documentation can also be provided, subject to current certificate validity and project requirements.
FSC-certified paper and selected recycled-paper options can be discussed according to the project requirements and material availability. Please mention any sustainability, certification, labeling, or market-compliance requirements when requesting a quotation.
Yes. Customers may arrange an independent pre-shipment inspection when required. Please notify us in advance so the inspection can be coordinated with the production and shipping schedule.
Packaging, Shipping & After-Sales
Yes. Packaging options can include individual polybags, paper sleeves, belly bands, printed boxes, gift boxes, shrink wrapping, display packaging, and export cartons. Packaging can be developed around your retail, e-commerce, or promotional requirements.
Yes. We can add barcode labels, SKU stickers, warning labels, country-of-origin marks, product inserts, and other retail information according to the files and placement instructions you provide.
Yes. We support customers serving North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other international markets. Share your destination, required delivery date, and preferred shipping terms with us, and our team will coordinate the appropriate packing and delivery arrangements.
